candidate should be ideally from banking industry and good exposure to Retail,
Finance, Risk banking with any leading bank.Strong understanding of Banking
channels, checks and banking regulations. Strong ability to learn and analytic
skills. Ideally someone with retail banking processing background.Good working
knowledge of bank retail banking processes and systems -- as well as banking
regulations/compliance requirements. Knowledge of banking products (ie.
checking, savings, assets).Prior work experience related to Small Business
credit initiation processes and integration with back end asset product processors
Experience
within consulting and the financial services industry, specifically retail
banking, Assisting in one or several work streams in a project of process/model
design or implementation/change management,Proficient knowledge of presentation
technologies, and specifically MS PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Excel. Ability to
handle priorities, good written and oral communication skills, organized,
planning capabilities. Previous experience in banking: process design, review
core analytics, strategy planning, Primarily responsible for requirement
gathering in close coordination with business users, Analyzing the business
requirement and transforming into Business Requirement Specification document,
Identifying business problems and providing proposal for best solutions,
Understand and raise business User requirements to seamlessly integrate
applications and technology solutions into business process,Develop good
relationships with client team members and executives, Results orientation and
the capability of making things happen, from top-level design to detailed
specification and actual implementation, Knowledge of project management
technologies, Candidate with experience in retail banking will be given
priority, Should have expertise in almost all of T24 Modules, especially in the
areas of Retail banking with reference to T24-R11 Desktop & Web based
environment. The candidate must have experience on both R11 versions (Desktop
& Web based) with at least 7 years minimum experience in T24. Good knowledge
of Islamic banking products, Good experience in T24 – R11 desktop and browser
environment, Experience in leading small/medium sized projects aimed at
implementing new information technology applications from initial system
specifications through to deployment, Strong and proven interviewing and
workshop facilitation skills specific to the collection and analysis of the
business requirements.
